Friend of mine bought a RAV4 adventure I guess and is out there adventuring in it. One of the few RAV4's that will I would guess but it’ s nice to see it can actually adventure a little. Needs more clearance...and gearing it sounds like...but its getting it done.
This has been today’s random moment from HHFP

I’m actually kind of impressed, seems like with a couple of mods it could be a decent offroader

Idk why but I love watching crossovers go off-road like this. I think you shared that guy with the new Passport and I can’t stop watching those vids.

small lift, more aggressive tires, and some skids and you should be happy going anywhere something without low range should go.

yeah me too. I love these underdog off-roaders. I wouldn’t do it myself on account of diminishing returns and trashing a perfectly fine vehicle but I do enjoy watching them.

Exactly. I’m personally a fan of the new RAV4, it looks good and obviously seems pretty capable. The hybrid is super efficient too.

The hybrid seems like the one to get, except for off-roading. The e4wd is not going to cut it someplace like this.

That was pretty fun to see. Usually that’s the vehicle cutting me off while making a right turn from the left lane, too.
My baby is also officially an off-roader:

Plug in hybrid seems the best to me, but I’ve always been partial to plug in hybrids. A perfect mix of electric commuting and being able to refuel quickly for longer trips.
